Boss was the last person in custody called. They had several people come before boss and some had wild charges. One guy got caught repediately with firearms and drugs and they gave him three years and suspended all the time.
Boss finally stood up and then the hearing began. Boss was called to the stand and asked to go under oath and testify. Daniel Zeiss (Brian Jones assistant) briefly asked him some questions about his charges and then went into his addiction and asked about his family (rat mom and rat dad were present) and brought up him streaming. "I am a streamer, well- former I dont want to stream anymore" and he broke down apologizing to his family. He started talking about how he was isolated and had been living in "hell". Zeiss asked him if he had been admitted to any programs and he said no, and then "remembered a program and went oh yeah [REDACTED] I remenber that one now". He also said he needs a sober living place or inpatient / outpatient rehab.

The proescutor kept chastising him about living at home with his parents and still doing drugs throughout this. Afterwords, he asked boss where he was getting the drugs and he said he has "a few dealers". Didnt name anyone. The proescutor then brought up that the judge has a 3 year life skills program and asked boss if he wanted to participate. he asked if he could go home early and the prosecutor said "no, thats how long they say it takes to get clean". ITs some life skills program called CCAP within DOC to my understanding? I have to research it more but thats what I heard. When the prosecutor asked boss about it, he looked at Zeiss and then the prosecutor said "dont look at him I want to hear it from you". He then said "if the court wants me to do it i'll do it". There was a rehab set up about 30 minutes from his house too through his lawyer and the prosecutor was mad about that. "You really think being 30 minutes away from your house is a good idea?". Boss said "whatever works ill take it" or something similar to that.


Prosecution finished without asking for anything else.
Judge then proceeded to sentence him fast. At one point boss looked back at his family and the judge said "are you listening to me?" and boss replied "yes". He gave him 45 days for evaluation into this program, which was not something the defense proposed, but the prosecutor. Something called CCAP (I probably pronounced the name wrong). It looked to either be an inpatient or most likely DOC run program that lasts 3 years and teaches life skills.
His next court date is September 14th I believe. It was hard to hear and I was still trying to figure out what this program was and if hes gonna get a 3 year sentence or what. He has been given 45 days for evalution. At the end before boss left, he asked the judge if he could change his cell conditions as he was in single cell and the judge said he couldnt do anything about him being in solitary, and he was probably in there for his own health (lol)

also not to interject I forgot to mention that at the beginning of the cross examination by the prosecution he started asking about his family
you come form a good christian family? and they went to liberty? so what causes someone to do this
and kept saying he was 31
