The video is titled KFC Brekkie Toastie + Brekkie Wrap + Hot Chocolate Review and comes from Greg’s Kitchen, an Australian guy from the Gold Coast (Queensland) who reviews fast food like he’s some kind of damn grease scientist. Uploaded on September 25, 2026, it has around 60,000–63,000 views and nearly 1,800 likes. It’s a classic Greg review: the guy hits the drive-thru, weighs everything on a scale, measures things with a ruler, tastes the food, complains, laughs, and assigns ratings.
Greg heads into an Australian KFC to try their recently expanded breakfast menu.
He orders:
•The Original Crispy Toastie (small combo) + hot chocolate. It consists of toasted Turkish bread, an Original Crispy chicken fillet, melted cheese, and pepper mayo.
According to him, it weighs about 200g and costs $8.45 AUD on its own (the combo with a hash brown and drink comes to around $13.45).
•Zinger Ultimate Brekkie Wrap (à la carte). A warm tortilla with a Zinger fillet (the spicy one), crispy bacon, a fried egg, cheese, and chili relish.
It weighs about 260g and costs $9.45 AUD.
•"Hot Chocolate (small, full-fat). About 190g/ml, topped with chocolate foam.
Greg weighs everything and complains about getting “ripped off” by 9 grams on the hash brown. He tastes the toastie and says it’s okay at first, but once he hits the center, the pepper mayo and soft bread make it really tasty (he gives it a 7.5/10).
Then he tries the wrap and is blown away in a bad way: the chili relish is so strong and acidic that it completely overpowers the flavor of the chicken, egg, and cheese; he can barely taste the bacon. He says it’s too much and knocks down the rating.
He finds the hot chocolate “acceptable but watery, not as creamy as he’d hoped.
Finally, he gives his overall verdict: the toastie holds its own, the wrap is ruined by the sauce, and the hot chocolate is just so-so.
The guy is super detail oriented: he shows the receipt, compares it to the photos in the app, laughs at how expensive everything is, and wraps up with his signature “thanks for watching, friends.”
