One thing that is apparent to me now is that I am overextending myself and try to play big game with no brains and bad equipment. I will need to get a weber performer like setup if I want to fill up a 22" weber with complex food items, need a lid holder and a prep table
Filling up this kettle with simple meat is easy and doable but complex food items like burgs where things need to be done individually and in order is where this all falls apart. I do have a table nearby but it's not close enough and there are a lot of wasted movements
I'm going to have to modify my setup for the next season (I am emotionally attached to this bowl)
Less food items, more attention to individual food items, better kit

Not really what I meant, not going to make bread. I don't even eat bread. I just need to make my burgers more varied. And I was grilling sausages too.
My buns are not properly toasted. I didn't prepare sauteed onions because I was rushing through it all. Had three types of meat for patties (going to ditch pork and pork mix so that complexity gone). I do too much meat at once (per kg) so I need to prepare a lot of buns which gets out of hand both in time and taking up a lot of space on the table. Basically autistic logistics stuff. Starting to value the idea of outdoor kitchens.
Autistic stuff.

Buns were fine, they just look a lil weird (they look desiccated because they are treated with alcohol in the factory and when that evaporates it looks like that)

The video is titled “I Review £6 Fish and Chips From Someone’s Living Room!” and comes from the channel Gary Eats (Gary Hanna), a British guy who reviews all kinds of food, especially fish and chips, with a style that’s straight talking, sarcastic, and no nonsense.

He heads to Leigh (near Manchester, Greater Manchester, UK) to visit a spot called Robbins J Chippy (also known as Robins J or Gordon Street Chippy).

Gary goes there because a mate (Robbie Thompson) recommended the place.

He finds a huge line outside an ordinary looking red brick terraced house. The surprise?

The chip shop operates right out of the owner's living room.

You walk in and find yourself literally inside a living room converted into a fish and chip kitchen, featuring wood-paneled walls, a 1970s-style felt letter board menu, local flyers, and Liverpool FC memorabilia (since the owner is a Liverpool fan, despite being in the Manchester/Wigan area).

The owner is John Robbins. He’s been running the place since April 1987 (when he was 23), meaning nearly 40 years. The house itself has operated as a fish and chip shop since 1893.

John lives right there (you can see his living room from behind the counter), his mom lives next door, and they even share the same phone number.

Mexico has plenty of smaller touristy places with beaches and such to pick from
The big cities are urban hellscapes with very few decent places to live, there are like 3 neighborhoods in the entire city where digital nomads live and these are really expensive (overall renting in any big city is expensive), usually how it goes in the third world.

Yeah, I have a small gym, private security, elevators, and a small swimming pool which only can be used a few years per week because the entire city struggles having enough water since a few years ago.

I have seen a few foreign neighbors but 100% everyone picks this building/neighborhood to be closer to their workplace.
